C2 For Community Developers
There are many Community Development training packages and 'toolkits' available, which focus on building community capacity, funding issues and processes designed to help frontline workers to tackle disadvantage, impact on ‘floor’ targets and bring about sustainable change.
However, few are evidence based around ‘what works’ and even fewer are designed to help participants rethink their values, understanding and attitudes towards the communities they serve.
C2, with its emphasis on people and relationships, and the creation of enabling neighbourhood conditions necessary for capacity release, will provide all this and more.
