C2 For Police
Connecting Communities C2 has been the Community Engagement programme of choice by the Devon and Cornwall Police Constabulary.
Since Sept 2004 approximately 250 officers from Neighbourhood Beat teams, mainly drawn from North and East Devon Basic Command Unit (BCU) and West Cornwall, have undergone its unique mix of workshops and site visits.
