The Health Complexity Group (HCG) uses complexity science as a lens through which to view and  understand social change and organisational structure.

Complexity theory provides a ‘sense-making’ framework of how organisations and individuals interact, relate and evolve within the larger social ecosystem.

Complexity logic offers a different approach to managing organisations and communities through developing enabling conditions which allow self organisation leading to transformational change.

Simplicity: the art of complexity imageComplexity thinking is now being used by many large organisations and is gradually being incorporated into mainstream policy making. It offers an explanation for why many of our current approaches don’t work and gives insight into the best way to tackle complex issues.
